This problem has reared it head again this year, it has to stop;
🔹Customers cannot resell or even give away a Hut Reservation, similar to a Hotel Reservation, like a pair of skiis or concert tickets. There are legal responsibilities that Customers are obligated to, by the purchase from us the Vendor, which cannot be re-conveyed by resale. The transaction must be completed between Vendor and Customer directly.
This means that you (the original customer) remain responsible for the actions, behaviour and any consequences of whomever uses the reservation and occupies the premises, even though you were not present at the Hut. Legally this could get messy!
