July 2nd 2026 - Forster Ck FSR Re-opened | Columbia Valley Hut Society

Hut access & conditions are changeable. Check Important Access Updates prior to setting out.

The Forster Ck FSR that was washout at 25.5 km, has now been repaired, and the road reopened to the 38 km. This opens normal access to the Dave White and Olive Huts.

Therefore we have reopened online booking to both Huts. CVHS

Generally we do not have current specific road or trail conditions, seasonal changes vary widely from year to year, go prepared for uncertain back country road conditions particularly.
