\ud83d\udd39Customers cannot resell or even give away a Hut Reservation, similar to a Hotel Reservation, like a pair of skiis or concert tickets. There are legal responsibilities that Customers are obligated to, by the purchase from us the Vendor, which cannot be re-conveyed by resale. The transaction must be completed between Vendor and Customer directly.<\/p>\n
This means that you (the original customer) remain responsible for the actions, behaviour and any consequences<\/strong> of whomever uses the reservation and occupies the premises, even though you were not present at the Hut.
